We are highly experienced with misdemeanor and felony jury and court trials with extensive motion practice, mitigation development, experience with expert witnesses, and management of voluminous discovery. We represent individuals on criminal cases both misdemeanors and felonies. Many felony cases include, but are not limited to, attempted murder, robbery, menacing, human trafficking / pimping, vehicular homicide, serious bodily injury child endangerment, felony assault, assault of a Peace Officer, menacing with a deadly weapons etc...
We have completed over two dozen jury trials - a vast majority with not guilty verdicts returned. We have had numerous more case dismissed at trial readiness. The majority of other criminal cases result in deferred prosecutions / judgements.

We have success guiding attorneys through their bar license disciplinary matters which has led to consistent outcomes of attorneys maintaining their licenses and ability to practice law. These matter involve a thorough understanding of ethical opinions and how the rules of the professional apply to individual cases.
We have also have had great success representing bar applicants in from of Character and Fitness Panels. All applicants who have retained Yoast Law prior to C&F Panel have received their bar licenses.
Yoast Law has also assisted medical professionals who recieved complaints. These matter have been practice in front of DORA. When a resolution is not made there, we are not intimidated to take the matter to the Attorney General. This has resulted in outcomes with no discipline, and, or private admonishments allowing those professionals to continue working.
