At YOAST Law, we are not intimidated by the oppressive nature of the American legal system and thrive on standing up for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Holding accountable those who possess power over the vulnerable is our ultimate goal.
While I cannot guarantee any result, I have a proven track record of success in the courtroom including dozens of motions hearings and jury trial wins. I have completed nearly a dozen jury trials with not guilty verdicts returned and have had numerous more dismissed at trial readiness. The majority of other criminal cases result in deferred prosecutions/judgements.
I have also been successful in securing the exclusion of evidence improperly obtained including, but not limited to, witness statements, blood test results, and physical evidence found during unlawful searches of persons, homes, and vehicles.
I have also had great success guiding attorneys and bar applicants through the doldrums of ethical and regulation compliance matters which has led to consistent outcomes of applicants receiving their license and keeping attorneys licenses from suspension.
